Werme Coffee Roastery

A small-scale coffee roastery located in a village just north of Ystad.

Our journey in coffee began with a curiosity about taste, origin and craftsmanship – and has evolved over the years into an immense love for coffee. For over 12 years we have been roasting coffee and immersing ourselves in the entire process, from bean to cup.

All the coffee we work with is carefully selected from individual farms around the world. Each origin has its own unique character and flavor profile, which we strive to highlight in every roast.

The roasting is done on a small scale, with precision and respect for the raw material. The goal is always the same – to create a clean, balanced and memorable cup of coffee. At Gårdshotellet we serve coffee of the absolute highest quality, as a natural part of the overall experience. For those who want to take the taste home, the coffee is also available for purchase on site.

My goal is for my coffee roasting to be:
